llyy Terms & Conditions

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and llyy ("llyy", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at llyy.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service offered on the llyy Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the llyy Platform, including visitors, registered members, and players engaging in sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or any other gaming products available on llyy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

llyy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

Use of the llyy Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. llyy operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform. Registration by any person under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be legally permitted to access online betting and casino services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of llyy is lawful in your location.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by llyy or any recognised responsible gaming body to which llyy is bound.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

llyy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to llyy's reasonable satisfaction.

3.Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of llyy services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on llyy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your llyy login credentials. llyy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify llyy immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Verification. llyy may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation as specified by llyy. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on account functionality.
• Account Closure. You may request closure of your llyy account at any time by contacting support. llyy reserves the right to close accounts with or without notice where these Terms are breached.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on llyy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods. llyy currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may be updated from time to time at llyy's discretion.
• Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. llyy does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks including identity verification and confirmation that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. llyy aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the Platform's help documentation.
• Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. llyy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
• Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be amended from time to time.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the llyy Platform:

• All bets placed on llyy are final once confirmed by the system. You may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where the Platform expressly permits cash-out functionality.
• llyy reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds or stakes materially different from the market consensus, or where a technical error or software malfunction has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, llyy's records shall be the final arbiter unless a manifest error is established.
• llyy cricket betting markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform, including rules covering abandoned matches, reduced overs (Duckworth-Lewis), and postponements.
• Live casino games operated by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, SA Gaming) are subject to those providers' studio rules in addition to llyy's general terms. Provider rules will prevail in the event of conflict regarding game-specific outcomes.
• Slot games operated by certified providers (PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play) use RNG systems audited by independent testing laboratories. llyy does not interfere with game outcomes.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

llyy may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all llyy bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
• Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined by the specific promotion. llyy reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• llyy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the llyy Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Operating more than one active account on llyy.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to exploit insider information in relation to sports betting markets on llyy.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of llyy.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors in your favour without immediately notifying llyy.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the llyy Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, and data — is owned by or licensed to llyy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the llyy Platform without express prior written authorisation from llyy.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, llyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. llyy's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to llyy in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

llyy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. llyy is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

Gambling Losses. llyy expressly disclaims all liability for gambling losses incurred by Players on the Platform. By using llyy, you accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome.

10.Responsible Gaming

llyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. llyy provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your llyy account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from accessing llyy. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

llyy reserves the right to impose account restrictions on any Player who displays indicators consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to chasing losses, exceeding prior spending patterns, or requesting multiple self-exclusion reversals.

11.Amendments to These Terms

llyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, llyy will notify registered Users via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the llyy Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

12.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which llyy is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent such rights cannot be contractually waived under applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and llyy, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting llyy support directly. llyy will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through llyy's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified on the Platform.

All Players must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction relating to online gambling. llyy does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are responsible for independently confirming the legality of online betting activity under applicable Pakistani law before using llyy.
